The Department of Computer Science & Engineering offers 4 year degree, which is established in the year 2001. The course is flexible and has been structured to meet the evolving needs of the IT industry. The Department is offering M.Tech - (C.S.E) from the academic year 2009 - 2010. & M.Tech (S.E) from the academic year 2010 - 2011. The Department has obtained UGC-Autonomous Status in the year 2013 and is running the programmes successfully meeting all the requirements. The College Academic Council, Board of Studies of the department strive to provide quality education and most advanced curriculum and syllabus to make the students industry ready and excel in the contemporary business world. The B.Tech. Programme under Department of Computer Science & Engineering was accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering strives to give quality education to its students, and provide excellent career development. These interactions helps the students in acquiring the best education and metamorphing them with great profile and versatility. The department has always been encouraging the students with sharp acumen and an unquenchable thirst for knowledge to participate in research and development activities. Students are presenting papers in national level seminars, undergoing industrial trainings, taking up short-term projects etc. Such efforts both from faculties and the students have helped in building up a good reputation for the department with acme in the college. Department is also organizing industrial visits for the students to various institutions. The excellent and sumptuous course work has also been a boon and a backbone for this sort of success. Apart from academics, the department always showed immense interest in organizing national level seminars & workshops.
M. Tech (Computer Science and Engineering) is a two year full time post-graduate program approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) for the students who have a B.E / B. Tech in any branch of engineering. The course is offered by the Department of Computer Science & Engineering by highly qualified and experienced teaching faculty. Intake to this course is 36, selected by J N T University by common Entrance Test. The course offers core subjects like Advanced Computer Architecture, Computer Networks, Software Engineering, Language Processor and Operating Systems in the first two semesters and a host of elective subjects like Data structures, Advanced Computer Graphics, Distributed systems, etc. A dedicated project work is taken up by every student for the next two semesters. The project work is of high quality basing used in current industry practices. Project work is supported by leading MNC's and defense laboratories doing state of art research and development.
The department offers a Post Graduate Programme M.Tech (Software Engineering) with an intake of 18 since 2010. With a commitment to impart conceptual and technical skills in students through a scientific teaching methodology inclusive of lectures, case studies, seminars, group discussions, project works, assignments, quizzes and well-equipped world class laboratories, Audisankara creates better scope for students pave their own path towards undeniable career success.

PO1:Engineering knowledge: Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals, and an engineering specialization to the solution of complex engineering problems.
