9thNational level Technical Symposium

A National Level Technical Symposium titled as "PRAYAG" was organized under the joint collaboration of ECE, CSE and EEE departments of Audisankara College of Engineering and Technology on 27th March 2015. The Chief Guest of the program me Dr G.V Sankar, Strategy Advisor and Senior consultant York University, Canada, speaking on the occasion said that make in India concept has provoked the country industrial improvement as well as indigenous fiscal sustainable in various corporate companies. He urged students to apply innovative thoughts to tide over all problems. Dr.V.Penchalaiah , Chairman , said that various departments of the institution have entered into MOUs with many industries providing employment opportunities to the young technical graduates. Dr. V.Krishanakumar principal, Prof. K.Dhanunjaya HOD, ECE, Prof. C.Rajendra HOD, CSE. Prof. J. Suresh HOD EEE, faculty and students were present on the occasion.

The event turned out to be grand success with students' innovative participation as well as staff in large number. At the Valedictory event of Prayag2K15 Sri Prem Srinivas, GM, NASS Tech, attended as the chief guest of the program me said that students should play a very active and constructive role in the scientific and technical improvement of the country. National Level Technical Fest PRAYAG'14 was organized on 19-04-2014. Dr.G.ANJAN BABU,Associate Professor, Dept. of CSE ,S.V.U.C.E, Tirupati, Dr.CH. CHENGAIAH ,Associate Professor, Dept. of EEE ,S.V.U.C.E, Tirupati ,and Dr.S.GOVINDARAJULU, Professor, Dept. of ECE, RGMCET, Nandyal were invited as chief guests to this event said that the roll of students play a very active role in the development of the science. Later the Prize distribution ceremony, the students who presented the best technical papers were given away prizes. Director Dr.AVS.Prasad, Audisankara Group of Institutions, Dr.KE.Sreenivasa Murthy, Principal, ASIT, Chief Guest Sri.D.Ravi Kumar, Deputy Manager, BEL, Bangalore, Sri.Y.L.N.V.Prasad , Chief Manager, Power Grid, Nellore, H.O.Ds, faculty of all the departments and students took part in the event.

The Chief Guest, Mr. Sastri, Manager, Prime Electricals Pvt Ltd, Menakur, speaking on the occasion said that global economic recession has slowed drown the pace of industrial development of the country. He attributed inadequate power supply to this prevailing gloomy situation, in industrial sector. He urged the students to apply creative thoughts to tide over the power crisis. Mr. V.Penchalaiah, Chairman, said that various departments of the institution have entered into MOUs with many industries providing employment opportunities to the young engineering graduates. Dr. AVS Prasad, Principal, Prof. K.Dhanunjaya, H.O.D, ECE, Prof. C.Rajendra, H.O.D,CSE , Prof. J.Suresh,H.O.D., EEE, faculty and students were present on the occasion.

Subba Rao, Director, Satish Dhavan Space Centre (SDSC), SHAAR, participating as the Chief Guest said that students should play a very active and constructive role in the scientific and technological development of the country. He called upon the students to cultivate the traits of leadership dynamisim and practical vision to over come the complex challenges of modern competitive age. Later, at the prize distribution ceremony, the students who presented the best technical papers were given away prizes. Prinicapl Dr. AVS.Prasad, Dr. M.Balasubramanyam, Dean(P&M) and Director, MBA, Dr. M.R. Kodali, Dean( Academic), ECE,CSE, EEE, H.O.Ds, faculty of all the three Departments and students took part in the event.


  6thNational level Technical Symposium

A National Level Technical Symposium "Prayag-12" was organized under the joint auspicious of CSE, ECE, EEE and CIVIL Engineering Departments on 17-03-12. Addressing the gathering on the occasion, Chief Guest, Prof. K. Nagendra Prasad, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati said that creative ideas are more powerful than knowledge itself. He urged the students to cultivate confidence and positive mindset to achieve professional success. Dr. M. Raja Reddy, Vice-President, Renewable Energy Systems, Mumbai, advised the students to design socially relevant projects. He called upon the students to improve and sharpen their technical expertise by often taking part in seminars, workshops and symposia. Dr. AVS. Prasad, Principal, said that the institution is initiating all necessary steps to promote the cause of technical education. In connection with the event Paper Presentation, Poster Presentation, Technical Quiz for each department and C-Quiz were organized. HODs, faculty and students representing various colleges were present at the event.


  5thNational level Technical Symposium

A two-day National Level Technical Symposium titled PYLON kicked off to an exciting start on 07.01.2011. The symposium was conducted by the department of EEE. Dr. Sriram Srinivas, Professor IIT Chennai advised the students to attain great heights of excellence by virtue of their merit and hardwork. In his inaugural address, he called upon the students to realize their dreams by commitment and dedication to a specific goal in life. He said that it is essential for every engineering student to develop their skills in basic subjects such as Circuit Theory, Magnetic Fields, Control Systems, Micro Processors. The Chairman Sri V.Penchalaiah called upon the students to choose their career in accordance with the needs of the industry. Dr.A.V.S Prasad, Principal, Prof J.Suresh HOD EEE Convenor of Symposium Dr.M.R.Kodali, all the other H.O.Ds, faculty and students took part in the programme. In connection with the event Paper Presentation Contest and Quiz Competition were held. More than 1000 students from all over the country took part in the event. Taking part in the valedictory event of the symposium Mr. Parasa Ratnam, MLA, Sullurpet and Mr. K .Rama Krishna, MLA, Vankatagiri advised the students to take up such projects as would help the scientific progress of the country.


  4thNational level Technical Symposium

A National level Technical symposium titled "PYLON" was conducted by EEE Department on 20th, February, 2010. Many students from Karnataka , Kerala and Tamil Nadu Engineering Colleges Participated in the event and presented their papers. Sri K.Arunachalam, Chief Manager, Power Grid Corporation ,Nellore inaugurated the session. Dr.V.C.Reddy, Professor in EEE,SVUCE, Tirupati and Prof.T.Nageswar Prasad, Professor in EEE, SVNEC, Tirupati, Adjudged the symposium. The Chairman Sri V.Penchalaiah and Dr.A.Jagadeesh, Director,NCDAE and Principal Dr.A.V.S Prasad spoke in the occasion.


  3rdNational level Technical Symposium

Organized on 27th December 2008. The inaugural session started at 9.00 AM with prayer song and Jyothi Prajwalana. Sri P.Hemanth Ram, G.M.,Reliance Energy, Krishnapatnam, and Sri N.V.Prathap Reddy, G.M., LANCO Power Pvt. Ltd., Sri Kalahasthi were the Chief Guests. We received 150 papers from various colleges from various states out of which 27 papers were selected for presentation. Students presented papers on various technologies like Wire Less Transmission of Electricity Development and Possibility, SCADA, FACTS & HVDC Link Applications, Hybrid Traction System and Witricity etc. Prof .V.C.Veera Reddy, Professor in EEE, S.V.U.C.E., Tirupati. And Prof. T. Nageswar Prasad, Professor in EEE, S.V.E.C, Tirupati acted as judges.
